 THE SCHEDULES POSTED ARE FINALIZED....

                                                                                  Clubs need to use Game Reschedule forms for changes..  

 

 

Any and all issues and concerns needs to be addressed through the clubs and in turn the club president, or league representative can communicate  any and all concerns to the league..The league will not respond to anyone other than the club president or club rep.

The FINAL DRAFTS WILL BE POSTED BY MAY 7th 2012,  as the deadline for  all changes submitted to the league is MAY 5 , 2012  

Also several divisions start earlier this year, as SCSL  received many requests to not book any games for the U 14 and U 18 teams during the last week of June due to  graduations and commencement ceremonies.

 

 

Notice to All Clubs

 

                                          Referee Scheduling For 2012

In the event any club is having issues filling games with referees, or assistant referees, the league will have it posted on John Wood's Website as urgent.  . This will get it out to all available referees, and the game should be filled quickly, as John Wood has never had a problem in the past. The Club will pay John Wood a $ 2.00 Fee for this service.

Due the large number of requests to change specific game date the league cannot accommidate all of them , as it would require re- doing entire divisions in order to maintain fairness in the number of home and away games for all of the  clubs..

Therefore some of your changes will have to be worked out with coaches/ clubs and a game reschedule form submitted to the league, with the exception of field conflicts and teams doubled book on game night. Thanks for  your understanding.....
